Teens4Hire.org: About Us

Our Story: About Teens4Hire® (T4H)
Teens4Hire.org was the first to market (Feb 15th, 2002) online U.S. membership-based service that enables companies to find "ready to work" teens (19-14) and prepares its teen members for the workplace.

Today, 80% of U.S. teenagers want a paying job, a way to earn money, or a meaningful work-based learning experience.  It is this impetus that has driven us to continue providing this social service.

If you are an employer, work with us to reach out to our teen job seekers.

We teach our job seeker members how to conduct career self-assessments, earn a job (soft skills), write a resume, find suitable openings, apply, interview, and ultimately be outstanding workers once hired!

We showcase suitable openings, educational resources, instruction, job readiness training and strive to instill in our members the importance of a strong work ethic.
